Reservations

It is possible to make reservations by telephone, fax or email, after which the hotel will confirm availability by fax or email, showing the dates requested, so that you may check them and send them back as confirmation.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 11.00 on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11.00 on the day of departure. Guests who arrive before check-in time may deposit their luggage at the Reception until rooms are ready, while departing guests may deposit their luggage at the Reception until their departure time but it must be collected by 22.00.

Deposits - Variations - Cancellations

When reservations are made a deposit is required through means of a by postal order or credit card for an amount arranged according to the length of stay. Eventual cancellations should be made no later than 48 hours before arrival date, or the deposit will be forfeited. For other eventual variations (earlier/later arrival, room type, etc) guests should contact the hotel at the earliest.

Time Limits

All reservations are guaranteed until 18.00 of the expected day of arrival. For arrivals after 18.00 special arrangements should be made with the booking clerk.

Payments and Credit Cards

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi) and Bancomat. Bank cheques are not accepted.

Animals

Small animals are accepted at our hotel.
